What is WeaveUp PRO?
WeaveUp PRO is a web-based workflow management software that makes any print room more efficient. It serves as critical bridge between incoming orders and your printer’s RIP software.
WeaveUp PRO automatically batches print jobs by substrate to maximize printer utilization and reduce waste. It reduces print room staffing requirements by eliminating time-consuming layout, sizing, labelling, and batching tasks.
Automation allows operators to focus on critical quality assurance, printer maintenance, and material handling. WeaveUp PRO generates custom digital headers for samples and production runs to eliminate tedious data entry and the associated user errors.
These custom-branded headers are printed on the substrate and cannot be lost or become separated from the material.
New Feature: Overprint & Underprint
Overprint is the extra width that can be added to the left or right side of a design. This does not stretch or warp the design - partial motifs are added, or extended to accommodate the extra print area. This is typically used to compensate for fabric shrinkage or to accommodate client post-processing needs. Overprint values can be positive or negative. A positive value indicates a motif has been extended, while a negative value indicates part of a motif has been removed, also called an underprint.
